AOL error messages

	If someone fills up their disk quota, some services won't accept
anymore mail for them, other's will flush old, unchecked messages.  They
but obviously many just send the error message off to people posting
messages as well as the mailserver.
	It is silly to say this says anything bad about AOL or any other
large email service provider.  PKT, with the volume of postings it
generates and the number of people who duplicate the originating message
in whole (which sometime includes a duplicate of a previous message in
whole) can easily generate a digest of 100K or more on a hot day.  It
might not be of traffic per subscriber compared to some graphics web
activity, but it is traffic that has to be stored somewhere on a point
of presence until someone picks it up.
