Krugman's growth limit
Krugman has an essay at:
http://web.mit.edu/krugman/www/howfast.html
( other Krugman at http://web.mit.edu/krugman/ )
At a quick glance, he appears to be arguing that the growth
rate cannot exceed two percent.
Is he right? He thinks so.
Is Krugman NK, PK, NC or what?
