There are several including me that see a distribution of a consumer
subsidy as beneficial. We do, however, arrive at the conclusion by
different routes. My approach is based on causing economic growth and
only coincidentally [But, effectively.] reducing distribution inequity.
The arguments here would be a bit much to present on a mailing list, but
