I agree with Randy here. Looking at the archives,
I am embarrassed to see that I violated this extremely
liberal limit on 4 separate days at the end of February.
My apologies to the list. I will compensate with silence.
I do think the *topic* was appropriate for the list.
This is evidenced both by the substantive participation of
some long time list participants, and by some statements on the
relevance and importance of the topic for this list (see, e.g.,
