cheap laughs on C-SPAN

I watched Kemp for a few minutes last night, I'm not sure what the forum
was.  He ranged from condemning fiat money, to lambasting NAIRU, to
praising Greenspan for his heroic work in maintaining low inflation.

And he's running hard for the '00 nomination.

I wish I could get a transcript.
