Re: rough draft for changes at pkt
As somebody who likes pkt as it is, I second James Galbraith's proposal of
a 'code of conduct'. I would add as (6): "Think twice before you send any
message." As (7): "Refrain from messages of the kind: 'That's wrong' or 'I
agree'." And as (8): "Please accept that this is a post-keynesian list.
Not everything you find interesting may fit here."
James' (4) I think very important. There's really no use of long
messages consisting of one small comment and many kB of back-quotes.
