     In response to Randy Wray, even if Ric Holt
were willing I think such a fragmentation of pkt
would be a bad idea.  Ecol-econ has two lists and
both are essentially dead (one is moderated, one is
"free").  I support monthly publication of names of
those exceeding a one-per-day quota with the number of
their postings.  (Yeah, I'll be up there.  Escaped
the latest posting by being off eating smoked reindeer
meat in Sweden (shame on me!)).
