     I'm in danger of exceeding my weekly quota already.
But I am not in favor of an explicit filter mechanism.
     But to Bill Butos, there is a problem and I think that
some of us, myself definitely included, should try to restrain
ourselves somewhat.  The negative externality problem is the
limited in-basket size that some people face.  Too many messages
and their systems overload and they get no messages, including
some that are really important, rather than the latest personal
jibes between excessively noisy pkters.
