The exact title of Graziani's book is LA TEORIA MONETARIA DELLA PRODUZIONE.
It is out of the commercial circuit, being published by Banca Popolare
dell'Etruria (or something like that). If somebody is interested, I can
search and put on the list the address where to write. Maybe the bank
send it to the interested parties.

Messori's book is published by Einaudi, Torino, and I think is still in
print.
