Re: open forum about pkt
Ric,
first of all thanks for everything you do for pkt, mostly for
all these new ideas (put in practice!) how to make pkt a really useful
tool for serious scientific exchange.
I'm one of those who mostly read and only rarely write - I don't consider
myself a post keynesian, so I try to listen and to learn. I don't have any
problem with the heavy traffic on this list. Of course there always are
treads I don't find interest in, but I simply do not follow them. On the
other hand: as result of the great number of messages there always *are*
treads I do like to follow.
There are some (*very* few) contributors who write too much in my eyes. But
that's definitely not simply a question of numbers but manely one of content.
So one always should ask oneself whether what one writes really might have
interest for others and whether it really belongs to a post keynesian list.
And that's chiefly a question of discipline.
