What are the distinct processes in actual economies
which originate these three distinct categories?
Obviously, in an actual economy there will be a
variety of combinations of these processes extant,
but if the generalizations are useful, there
should be some identifiable origin.
I could comment on distinct processes
which serve as the origin for the alternate
distinction that has been raise, but I would prefer
to defer if someone else will take a crack at it.
