Re: End. Gr: Formatting hassles
It seems that many people got problems in printing the paper on Endogenous
growth by Heinz Kurz and myself. I also got problems when I got the file trough
the gopher: from one of the printer in the department I got that an offending
error was done, and from another printer I got the paper printed, but with the
boxes problem arisen by Steve Keen.
Then I have prepared a new PostScript file of the paper, I have sent it through
FTP to the archives, then I have got the file through the gopher, and, finally,
I have sent it to a laser printers: It works!
I hope that nobody will have problems now. However, if we want to delay the
discussion, this can be done, but not during next week, another time is to be
arranged. But I hope that the discussion can be actually done in this week.
All the best
Neri
