A single missle payload contains MRVs, most of which are dummies.
Therefore, correct selection of armed RVs is imperative (and a crap-
shoot, at best).  However, suppose we can successfully target correct
RVs, what then?  Well, with the first RV hit, detonation ionizes the
atmosphere surrounding warhead dispersion.  There are no known sensor
devices which can track remaining RVs in such a context.
