End. Gr: Formatting hassles
Dear Neri,
While most of the paper printed out well for me, many of the
equations did not. It appears that you may have used a font
for equations which does not match the fonts in my system (Times
Roman and Symbol are the normal ones). As a result, equation 3,
for example, becomes (using english for the symbols):
g = A box - box delta box - box rho
-------------------------------
sigma
Clearly the box character was meant to be something else (probably
several different characters, or emphases on characters).
Was the original in TeX format? If so, could you put a copy of that
into the archive as well? Then it should be possible for those of
us with TeX formatters to properly read your equations.
Cheers,
Steve Keen
