Re: An idea
It is interesting that Jim brings up an aphorism of Joan Robinson, the
first one in fact in his message below, which I had used as an
argument in an essay submitted to a "left" wing journal. Ironically
Joan Robinson was not accepted by one of the anonymous "leftie" referees
since she was in a way advocating capitalism. There are two kinds of
lefties, soft and hard. Joan Robinson belonged to the latter.
