PS: I find it ironic that among the leading critics of rent-seeking is
the World Bank, a public institution that makes a profit of over $1b a
year on debts serviced by the world's poor using capital provided by the
world's rich.
Sorry to go all sentimental and ad hominem, but it's a deformation
professionelle of journalists.
