to hg - i'm sorry, i should know the references better,
but what are the "novel supply-side constraints" of the
recent era?  a sentence or two and a cite are all i need.
also, agreeing that information is a key variable and
constraint, esp on governemt, my impression of the literature
is that info sets are modelled as exogenous.  shouldn't they
be endogenous, in the sense that resources are spent on
info creation, acquistion, distribution, etc.
are there articles/models galore on this?  survey article
cites?  or more specific cites?  thank you.
