Is anyone else suddenly getting PKT messages in duplicate, triplicate
and sometimes even in quadruplicate?  We had some problems on our
system today so perhaps that is the root of the problem.

Alternatively, there is currently a debate on Hayekian critique on
PEN-L.  Is someone perhaps testing the limits of just how much info
we can process? ;-)
