Re: SDRs
Thank you Lynn Turgeon for being the only PKTer to answer my SDR query.
As for the others, I'll try again. Has anyone thought about how
meaningful an SDR issue would be? How do SDRs fit with endogenous money
theory? Is the problem with the world economy a lack of liquidity - hard
to believe when looking at the financial markets - or the distribution of
money and capital, income and real resources? Would an SDR infusion
change much? Would Russia really be better off if it could borrow more
cheaply?
