Re: Advice, re: PhD programs
In all due modesty, one of the best PhD programs in agricultural development
economics is at Michigan State, Dept. of Agr. Economics. It is especially
strong in studies of food security in Africa. If you send me your mailing
address, I can send some descriptive information.
