RE: Lenin's NEP & Paul Phillips on Yugoslavia
- Subject: RE: Lenin's NEP & Paul Phillips on Yugoslavia

My friend Sean Gervasi, an economist who has spent much of the last
couple of years working in Belgrade, says there's no resemblance between
current Yugoslav policy and the NEP. He says he has no idea where such a
comparison could come from. So could the person who posted the original
parallel please flesh it out?
