RE: Lenin's NEP & Paul Phillips on Yugoslavia

I'm actually not sure where he stood on the NEP, but I'd put in a word for
Preobrazhenskii as among the distinguished Soviet economists of that period.
His book, Zakat Kapitalizma (Decline of Capitalism) was published in English
in the mid '80s, and profoundly evokes the spirit of Keynes, Schumpeter and
Kalecki. Preobrazhenskii also did not survive.
