Dear Paul,
Just a quick note on your "throw away" that "chaos theorists only
deal with well-behaved chaos". I Can't speak for the rest, but what I'm
interested in is "ill-behaved" chaos in your sense, that the free market
outcomes are undesirable. That in fact was the outome of the simple model
in my forthcoming JPKE piece; and when a government sector was added,
it became "well-behaved" chaos--j{Zjso that gov. intervention
was argued for.
