Weintraub Chapter

Paul Davidson has sent me a copy of S. Weintraub's chapter "An Approach
to the Theory of Wages" from his book _An_ Approach_to_the_Theory_of_Income_
Distrbution_. I thought about putting the chapter up in the pkt archives.
Given the complexities and importance of the graphs in the chapter and
also a concern for copyright laws I've decided not to put it up at
this particular time. But I do believe the chapter is important for the
interesting discussion we have been having over pkt. So I would be more than
happy to send people individual copies of the chapter if they simply send
me their regular mailing address. I want to thank Paul and others for
"battling it out". I think the discussion has pushed a lot of important
issues out in the open. I also believe the discussion is important enough
that it should be formalized in some way which I'll try to do sometime this
summer. But I think there's still much more to say on this issue before then.
