In his response ot Jamie Galbraith, Isaac's raises some interesting issues but
he wants to run before he crawls. A static theory of wage determination is
necessary to "crawl" through before one runs to a logical consistent theory of
wage dynamics.
Hopefully Ric Holt has now put Weintraub's chapter on Money Wage
determination theory on the pkt archive so those who want to learn the basics
of running before entering the Olympics of wage dynamics can.
(Ric: Could you advise those who are interested in how they can access
Weintraub's chapter?)
