More to Paul Davidson:
The real money balance phase space that I referred to is
from the 1985 Grandmont _Econometrica_ model. It is a perfect
foresight, overlapping generations model with money functioning
as an intergenerational transfer asset. Your point that such a
model may not be relevant under nonergodicity is well taken.
