Steve, your Goodwinian model sounds interesting. I've always liked his
model and yours seems an improvement.  One comment: the idea that
the model gravitates to an equilibrium when interest rates are low
seems mildly reminiscent of Wicksellian notions of the natural
rate of interest, i.e., if the actual rate differs from the natural
rate, bad things (inflation, deflation) happen.
