I am editing a book on political economy, and need to know the current
address (email etc?)
for the people mentioned below. I've checked all of these people in recent
journals, but even when I find articles by them no address is mentioned.

Ernest Mandel (still at the Free Uni of Brussells?)
Andre Gunder Frank (still at the Free Uni of Amsterdam?)
Elaine McCrate (somewhere around Cambridge massachusetts)
Eric O Wright (
(Maddison?)

I hope some of you can help me here. Details would be especially useful.
