Richard Goodwin

Besides being very splendid, eclectic, and a good painter I don't know
that much about Richard Goodwin. But talking to Post Keynesians, his
name seems to pop up with wide grins of admiration. Who is this fellow?
And more particularly, what has been his contribution to Post Keynesian
thought? What are some books or articles of his should I read? Is he
still alive?
