Capital Controls

There really hasn't been any discussion about Nafta on this network which
might have been a good thing. I wonder what Keynes would have thought about
Nafta. Wouldn't Keynes argue that capital controls are needed for full
employment. If fiscal policies were carried out to achieve full employment
without regulations on capital then you would expect to see capital flight
and rising interest rates.
