Minsky paper for Trond Andresen

Mea culpa Trond, I lost your email address, so I'm sending details of
this via the net.
I have downloaded the paper on Minsky you expressed an interest in to
the incoming subdirectory of PKT. The commands "ftp csf.colorado.edu",
cd pkt, cd incoming, binary, get modelling_minsky_self_extracting_exe

will retrieve it. Load it on a DOS computer with a suitable name change
(including exe suffix), type the name, and keen.prn will be extracted.
Copy that to a postscript printer with the command "copy keen.prn lpt1: /b"
and you'll have the file.

Please let me know whether you get it OK.
