The good news is that he's being sent to China. First, the Chinese
policy elite generally agrees with his viewpoint (as expressed in the
paragraph above). Second, China's strong enough to resist his
influence, especially since it's the US which owes China money. The
World Bank's depredations are worst where the countries owe money.

I wonder if he's using a nom de guerre?
