[Pen-l] bankruptcy questions

How will General Motors' bankruptcy proceed? I was reading last night in 
Business Week about some individual Lehman securities that are under the 
jurisdiction of 3 different sets of national laws. Won't GM be far more 
complex? Also, I read that as of November 2008, there were 324 only 
authorized bankruptcy judgeships, including eight temporary judgeships. How 
many bankruptcies can a single judge handle?
