not at all. it did the trick. :) i will still see if i can't dig up a broader set of numbers, but i am pretty sure i was thinking of the stuff you posted.

as for the rest, below, i can only shake my head in sad recognition.
 
As to why the epidemic of
administrators occurs -- that would require a detailed anthropological
study. They think up all sorts of new mandates & then require us to waste
our time with them.  They have not idea about their effect on teaching.

A library administrator on her own decided to install a coffee shop & then
explained to us why the university has to get rid of its journals to make
space -- presumably know what is best for education.
