Re: outrage, to me it's kind of like crisis.  If there's always a
crisis, there is no crisis.  If you're always outraged, you're in a
normal state of mind.  This affair provokes no more outrage than is
routine, since the atrocities roll in without pause.

Irving replied he was still mad about what Pharoah did to the Jews in
Egypt.
