Cuba is a very small nation, its affairs, even secret ones, not easily
hidden. Unending lies have been told about it, but no one has ever cited
any particular cases of torture. If there were any at all u.s.
propaganda would have built a few cases into a full-scale gulag. It
hasn't happened. Nothing is certain, but Lou's claim is close to that.
Opinion coluns will make vague references to coditions, etc, but neer
with any particulars, even made-up particulaars.
