Re: [Pen-l] How global is the global recession?
Business Week did not say that Mexico had avoided the recession, but that
Mexico was developing an infrastructure that would allow it to become a
serious player on the world stage by improving its education & corporate
investment.
I am not convinced, but I would like to get a comment on the article.
