thanks, Marsh!

tables D1-3 show percentage debt growth, borrowing, and debt
outstanding by sector. But none of them say _where_ they're borrowing
from. Is there some account in the "investment position" data that
says how much US debt to the rest of the world is owed by the
government and how much by the US private sector?
