"John McCain is not a space alien" or

"George W. Bush is not an intellectual."

[of course, the late Weekly World News posited the McCain = Space
alien hypothesis, while the singer-songwriter James McMurtry once
referred to Dubya as an "intellectual," saying that intellectuals
