Can anyone help a comrade of mine?:
 
1)What was the first union contract that protected against sexual harassment before the EEOC declared sexual harassment sex discrimination?

2)What was the first union contract that provided medical leave before the FMLA?

3)What was the first union contract that protected people with disability before the Americans with Disability Act? This could include pregnancy clauses)
