A las 9:35 pm la rectora del CNE, Tibisay Lucena, informó del primer
boletín oficial del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE), según el cual la
opción Sí obtuvo aproximadamente 6.003.594 votos y 54,36 por ciento.
La opción No obtuvo 5.040.082 votos, 45,63 por ciento.

En total, hubo 199.041 votos nulos y 11.242.717 votos escrutados. La
abstención fue de 32,95 por ciento de abstención.

Los resultados de este boletín se emitieron con el 94,2 por ciento de
actas transmitidas, faltando 2.252 actas por transmitir.
