The genius of the U.S. Constitution is to not only condense all
expression of political will into two parties dominated by money, but
to leave any groups as you list above almost entirely powerless
outside our election season.  The groups above are grand at
election-time drum-beating, but mass-movement creation in the
off-season has not yet materialized here.

And yes, they are "outside".  Just look at Obama's first month in
office.  He is free to ignore those who voted for him, as they did not
put the masses of cash that the bankers did ... just as George Bush
ignored the 70% of the country who thought he was a disaster.
