Almost two-thirds of Americans say there should be investigations into the Bush administration's warrantless wiretapping program and whether torture was used to interrogate terrorism suspects. Almost 40 percent say they'd favor criminal investigations. Americans also want the administration to investigate whether the Bush administration used the Justice Department for political purposes.<
