[Pen-l] the debt of banks

I am looking for data on the following aspects of the debt of banks:
   short-term / long-term
   secured / unsecured
   who are the creditors and bondholders?

Does anybody know of any good sources for these data?
The Fed's FoF has data on total debt, broken down by size and US/other,
but I can't find the breakdown's above.
