PK presents what John Kenneth Galbraith called the "conventional
wisdom," with only marginal disagreements. He's wrong on this issue,
but it's hard to be outraged at him unless one is outraged all the
time, at _all_ of the pundits, politicians, etc., etc., etc., ad
infinitum and ad nauseum.
