pp. 185-93. 
 They argue that European economists serve narrow specialized markets.  
They tend to specialize in teaching undergraduates. 
 As a result, they get more actively involved in politics. 
 187: He lists the number of presidents and prime ministers in Europe since 
1945.  Most were not prestigious economists.
