Attorneys for the Charles Ponzi Memorial Trust today filed papers
charging both alleged scamster Bernard L. Madoff and The Mass Media
(TM) with intellectual property theft, along with cease and desist
orders. "There's a perfectly good term in common language for what
this parvenu Madoff allegedly did -- it's called a 'pyramid scheme' --
so there's no need to violate the copyright and trade mark of the
brand initiated by Charles Ponzi or to besmirch his good name," said
William Miller III, press representative for the Trust. "The Mass

better."
