I didn't at the time, but I will now.

Lou's film reviews are original. He writes them. He also engages with  
people on this list. He's not a spambot. I repeatedly tried to get  
Ulhas to engage on lbo-talk but he wouldn't, so I booted him. When he  
first started forwarding stuff, it was often pretty interesting. Now  
it just seems weird. I suppose the unifying thread is that the world  
doesn't conform to the cartoon image of a cartoon radical, but there  
aren't really many of those on PEN-L.
