Supporting the Labor Party is always a possibility. As is working on  
specific issues. If they spent $100 million and sent a few scores of  
thousands of people around knocking on doors and making phone calls  
for single payer, the political landscape would change dramatically.  
The executive branch is the ruling class's branch, and that's not  
going to change any time soon.
