He's *been* bankrupt, off and on, for years. The banks 
kept him afloat because if his projects went bust, they 
went bust. Now that the whole real-estate "industry" is 
more or less bust, not to mention the banks, it's at 
least possible that we've seen the last of Donald Trump. 
No cloud without a silver lining.
